<br />WILLIAM ROBERT FAGAN, also known as ROBERT FAGAN, and
<br />DARLENE FRANCES FAGAN, also known as DARLENE FAGAN, husband and
<br />wife, each in his and her own right and as spouse of the other,
<br />herein called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
<br />of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) ~ND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received
<br />from Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />DARLENE FRANCES FAGAN, herein called the Grantee, the following-

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and

<br />The Southwest Quarter (SW1) of Section Four
<br />(4), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten
<br />(10) West of the 6tn P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, less a tract containing 6.353 acres
<br />more or less, more particularly described in
<br />deed recorded January 15, 1974 in Book 173 of
<br />Deeds, Page 546; and

<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska: and

<br />The North Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(N!NW1) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, less a tract
<br />containing 34.25 acres more or less, more
<br />particularly described in deed recorded
<br />April 25, 1977 as Document No. 77-002026 in
<br />the Office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that Grantors are
<br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from encum-
<br />brance and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to
<br />sell the same: and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all
<br />right, title, claim and interest in and to the above-described
<br />premises.
