Hartman, husband and wife, to The First <br />National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, of a <br />certain land contract under date of July 7, 1976, which was filed <br />of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Document NO. 76-003939 and an additional assignment <br />of the same contract by Richard L.
