Donoghue, wife and husband, as joint <br /> <br />tenants with right of survivorship (Beneficiary) the following <br /> <br />described real estate (Property). <br /> <br />Lot One (1) in Block Two (2) of Claussen Country <br />View Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />This Deed of Trust is given to secure the payment of a Deed of <br /> <br />Trust Note in the sum of $2B,700.00 from the Trustor to the <br /> <br />Beneficiary, of ~his date, and constitutes a Security Agreement <br /> <br />with respect to fixtures attached to the Property. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />WARRANTY OF TITLE: <br /> <br />The Trustor warrants that the <br /> <br />Trustor is lawfully seized of a fee simple title to the <br /> <br />Property, free from encumbrance except easements and <br /> <br />restrictions of record, has full authority to convey the <br /> <br />Property and will warrant and defend the title to the Property <br /> <br />against the claims of all persons. <br /> <br />2_ <br /> <br />PAYMENT: <br /> <br />The Trustor shall pay the indebtedness hereby <br /> <br />secured, when due. <br /> <br />All payments shall be made payable to <br /> <br />Jacquelyn Lee Donoghue and John F.
