<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Wayne C. Rief1in and Doris M.
<br />Rieflin, husband and wife, Grantor(s), do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate:

<br />The North Seven (7) feet of Lot Twenty-Seven (27) and the South
<br />Sixty-One (61) feet of Lot Eighteen (]8), in Anderson Subdivision,
<br />and Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />together will all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the
<br />same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or
<br />demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in
<br />consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgages
<br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />recorded July 22, 1966 as document number 002616 and April 5, 1985 as
<br />document number 85-001659, filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor(s) having conveyed
<br />said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration, such
<br />consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by the
<br />mortgages of Grantor(s) recorded as Documents 002616 and 85-001659 together
<br />with cancellation of the Bonds given by Grantor(s) with the above mortgages.
<br />
<br />Grantor(s) declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made,
<br />and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this Deed
<br />between Grantor(s) and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
