<br />88- 104381 <br /> <br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That, Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the <br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and <br />for the County of Hall, wherein Goldome Realty Credit Corp., is <br />Plaintiff, and Douglas Wales and Belinda Wales, Husband and Wife, <br />and Clyde W. Mottin, also known as Clyde Mottin and virginia L. <br />Mottin, also known as Virginia Mottin, Husband and Wife, et al., <br />are Defendants; at the January 1st Term, A.D. 1988, of said <br />Court, Goldome Realty Credit Corp. did obtain a Decree finding <br />that there is due from Douglas Wales, Belinda Wales, Clyde W. <br />Mottin, and virginia L. Mottin to Goldome Realty Credit, Corp. the <br />sum of Fifty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty One Dollars and <br />Thirty Nine Cents ($53,841.39) and costs of suit taxed at One <br />Hundred Twenty Two Dollars and Thirty Six Cents ($122.36), and <br />whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action <br />that in default of the payment of the sum so found due by the <br />said Douglas Wales, Belinda Wales, Clyde W. Mottin, and Virginia <br />L. Mottin, that Duane A. Burns, Master Commissioner, should cause <br />the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised <br />and sold according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, default <br />having been made therein, said Duane A. Burns, Master <br />Commissioner, did, on the 15 day of July 1988, in the lower lobby <br />of the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, being <br />Hall County, having first given due and legal notice of the time <br />and place of said sale by publication once in each week for four <br />successive weeks in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a <br />newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of <br />Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Goldome Realty <br />Credit Corp., for the sum of Fifty Five Thousand Five Hundred <br />Nine Dollars and Seventy Cents ($55,509.701, which sale was <br />afterward at the January 1st Term of said Court, A.D., 1988, <br />examined and confirmed, and the said Duane A. Burns, as such <br />Master Commissioner, ordered to convey the said premises in fee <br />simple to the said Goldome Realty Credit corp. <br /> <br />j.~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Duane A. Burns, Master <br />Commissioner, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and <br />by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of <br />said Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said <br />Goldome Realty Credit Corp., the premises so as aforesaid sold, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Fourteen (14), Kallos Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Goldome Realty <br />Credit Corp., its successors and assigns, and to it and its use <br />and behoof forever. <br /> <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have, as such Master Commissioner <br />hereunto set my hand this ~ d~of August 1988. <br /> <br />A-J.A'/~a ~ <br />.
