<br />88-104367 <br /> <br />CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED <br /> <br />The Grantors, MID-CONTINENT ENTERPRISES, INC., and BISH, <br />INC., corporations organized and existing under and by virtue of <br />the laws of the State of Nebraska, in consideration of TWO <br />THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,500.00) received <br />from the Grantee do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />HARRY CALDWELL, herein called the Grantee, the following <br />described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of Section Five (5), <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9), West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being a <br />portion of the area labeled "not a part" on the <br />subdivision plat for Bison Meadows, an addition to the <br />Village of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, said tract <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the South line of Walnut Street <br />at the Northwest corner of Bison Meadows Subdivision <br />Two (2): thence running on an assumed bearing of S 18 <br />Degrees 20' 44" E on the West line of said Bison <br />Meadows Subdivision Two for 181.56 Feet to the <br />Northwest corner of Dan Herr Addition to the Village of <br />Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska: thence S 00 Degrees <br />13' 31" E on the West line of said Dan Herr Addition <br />for 359.61 Feet to the Southwest corner of said Dan <br />Herr Addition; thence S 89 Degrees 46' IS" W on the <br />South line of said area labeled "not a part" for 289.00 <br />Feet: thence N 13 Degrees 38' 22" E on the West line of <br />said area labeled "not a part" for 547.91 Feet to the <br />point of intersection with the extension of the South <br />line of said Walnut street: thence N 89 Degrees 38' 16" <br />E on the South line of the extension of Walnut Street <br />to the point of beginning, said tract containing 2.616 <br />acres more or less. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. <br /> <br />And the Grantors for themselves and their successors do <br />hereby covenant with the Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that <br />they are free from encumbrance, except easements and restrictions <br />of record: that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to <br />convey the same: and that Grantors warrant and will defend the <br />title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons <br />whosoever.
