<br />88-104357 <br /> <br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, wherein NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY, was Plaintiff <br />and LARRY D. OTTMAN, TERESA A. SEYMOUR, and GERALDINE BAXTER, were <br />Defendants, being filed as Case No. 92-297, there was entered, on May 6, <br />1988, a Decree of foreclosure finding that there was due Plaintiff the <br />sum set forth in Plaintiff's Petition, and unless Defendants, or one of <br />them, within twenty days from the date of said Decree pays to Plaintiff, <br />the amount so found due with interest and costs, that David C. Huston, <br />Master Commissioner, should sell as upon execution, according to law, the <br />real estate hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, <br />did, on July 12, 1988, having first given due and <br />and place of said sale as provided by law, sell <br />auction to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY, <br /> <br />the Master Commissioner <br />legal notice of the time <br />said property at public <br />Plaintiff herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said sale was afterwards and on August 1, 1988, duly <br />examined and confirmed by said Court and said Master Commissioner was then <br />and there ordered and directed by said Court to execute and deliver to <br />said Purchaser a deed conveying said property in fee simple to said <br />Purchaser. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, David C. Huston, Master Commissioner, in <br />consideration of the premises, and by virtue of the powers vested in me <br />by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and said Decree of foreclosure of <br />said Court and the Order confirming said sale, and in order to carry into <br />effect the sale so made as aforesaid, and in consideration of the sum of <br />$18,900.00, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, do hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto NERRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE <br />AUTHORITY, and to its successors and assigns forever, the following <br />described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), in Block Eleven (11), in University Place, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />the same being the property that was sold as aforesaid, and the same <br />being the premises described in said Decree. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE <br />AUTHORITY, and its successors and assigns, forever. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS~EREOF, I have, <br />my hand this ~ day of August, <br /> <br /> <br />hereto set <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)5S: <br />90UNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />On this I~ day of August, 1988, before me, a Notary Public in <br />and for said County, personally came David C.
