<br />88~ 104356 <br /> <br />LIS PENDENS <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein commercial <br />Federal savings and Loan Association is plaintiff and LaVern J. <br />Miller, et al., are the defendants, the obj ect and prayer of <br />which is to obtain an accounting from said defendants of the <br />amount due plaintiff on the mortgage dated the 20th day of <br />December, 1978, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 21st day of December, 1978, as <br />Document No. 78-008391, wherein LaVern J. Miller, a single <br />person, mortgaged and conveyed to plaintiff the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Twenty-six (26) in Belmont, an Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said mortgage and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of LaVern J.
