<br />88--- 104345 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT -A- <br /> <br />PERMITTED ENCOMBRANCES <br /> <br />(a) Subdivision Agreement for Grand Island Mall Subdivision, <br />filed November 21, 1972, in the Register of Deeds Office, <br />Hall County, Nebraska in Book 23, Page 685. <br /> <br />(b) All Easements, Cable Risers, Power Risers as shown and <br />dedicated on the plat of Grand Island Mall Sixth <br />Subdivision. <br /> <br />(c) All Easements, Cable Risers, Power Risers as shown and <br />dedicated on the plat of Grand Island Mall Seventh <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />(e) Electric line easement together with right of ingress and <br />egress to and from same, granted to Consumer Public Power <br />District by instrument, filed December 16, 1950, recorded in <br />Book nVn, at Page 692 as follows: <br /> <br />Easement right of way for electric lines to be located <br />on the property approximately as follows: Beginning at <br />a point 34 feet West and 34 feet South of the Northeast <br />corner of the Northeast Quarter of the above-mentioned <br />Section, thence South parallel to and one foot West of <br />the West boundary line of the 66 foot county road for a <br />distance of approximately 2,606 feet; thence West <br />parallel to and one foot North of the South boundary <br />line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section for a <br />distance of approximately 1, 286 feet. <br /> <br />Said easement assigned to the City of Grand Island by <br />instrument filed August 19, 1970, in Book 20, at Page 715, <br />Misc.
