<br />DECLARATION OF ANNEXATION
<br />
<br />THIS DECLARATION OF ANNEXATION made, on the date hereinafter
<br />set forth, by PARK GARDENS DEVELOPMENT, INC., hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Declarant," the owner of all of the following
<br />described real estat&, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Park Gardens Fifth
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Declarant is
<br />restrictions, covenants, and
<br />premises for the purpose
<br />desirability of said property.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Declarant hereby declares that all of the
<br />Properties described above shall be held, sold, and conveyed
<br />subject to the easements, restrictions, covenants, and conditions
<br />which are for the purpose of protecting the value and
<br />desirability of, and which shall run with the real property
<br />above-described as well as any other property submitted hereto as
<br />provided in the Declaration which is recorded in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 18, 1984,
<br />as Document No. 84-003208. Said easements, restrictions,
<br />covenants, and conditions shall be binding on all parties having
<br />any right, title, or interest in the described Properties or any
<br />part thereof, their heirs, successors, and assigns, and shall
<br />inure to the benefit of each owner thereof until said time
<br />periods as set forth in said Declaration recorded in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />No. 84-003208. All the provisions of the Declaration recorded in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 84-003208 shall pertain to the real property above-
<br />described and all provisions of Declaration and any rules and
<br />regulations promulgated by said Association defined therein shall
<br />be in full force and effect to this annexed real estate.

<br />notary public in and for said county, personally came James D.
<br />Roth, personally known to be the President and identical person
<br />whose name is affixed to the above Declaration of Annexation, and
<br />he acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and
<br />deed of such officer, and the voluntary act and deed of said
<br />corporation.
