McMurray Co. , Mortgagee, dated February 1, <br />19~ and recorded February l? 19~ as Instrument No. 000398 in Book <br />14 5 Page 316 of Official Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska <br /> <br />TOGE11IER with the Note or Notes therein described or referred to, the money due and to <br />become due thereon, with interest, and all rights accrued or to accrue under said Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />This Assignment is subject to an Agreement effective on February 10, 1984, between the <br />President of the Government National Mortgage Association and the Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development's Assistant Secretary for Housing-Federal Housing Commissioner <br />which amends the contract of insurance for each mortgage insured under Section 221 of the <br />National Housing Act (12'U.S.C. 17151) pursuant to a Commitment to insure issued on or <br />before November 30, 1983. and held or acquired by GNMA as mortgagee on or after April 1, <br />1984, so as to delete therefrom and extinguish therein the mortgagee's Section 221(g)(4) <br />twentieth anniversary assignment option as recited in 24 CFR Section 221.770, 221.775, <br />221.180,221.185 and 221,190. Pursuant to said Agreement this mortgage is not, at any time on <br />or after April 1, 1984. assignable to the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development under <br />Section 221(g)(4).
