88104313 DEED OF RECONVEYANCE THIS DEED, made this 20th day of July, 1988, between John A. Wolf, Trustee; Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., formerly First Sav- ings Company, Beneficiary: and Larry G. Yost and Sharon Yost, husband and wife, Trustors. WHEREAS, Trus.tors, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on December 27, 1982, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Hall, and identified as Document No. 82-005467, convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to-wit: Lots Two (2), Sixteen (16), Seventeen (17), Eighteen (18) and ~~enty-One (21) in Capital Heights Eighth Subdivision in NW 1/4 of Sec- tion Two (2), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore men- tioned and described be now released to said Trustors. THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- vey and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurte- nances and privileges thereunto belonging 0 appertaining.
