~ .AlN. 2 0 1888 88-104284 ORDINANCE NO. 7457 An ordinance creating street Improvement District No. 1160; defining the boundaries of the district; providing for the improvement of a street within the district by paving and other incidental work in connection therewith; and providing the effective date of this ordinance. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND I NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1160 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, is he~eby created. SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as . follows: Beginning at the junction of the East line of Market Street and the North line of Fourth Street, said point also being the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 11, Evans Addition; thence proceeding easterly along the North line of Fourth Street for'a distance of 300 feet; thence deflecting left in a northerly direction 300 feet from and parallel to the East line of Market Street for a distance of 280 feet; thence deflecting left in a wester.ly direction along the South line of Fifth Street for a distance of 300 feet; thence deflecting right in a northerly direction along an extension of the East line of Market Street for a distance of 40 feet; thence deflecting left in a westerly direction 40 feet from and parallel to the south line of Fifth Street for a distance of 80 feet; thence deflecting left in a southerly direction along an extension of the West line of Market Street for a distance of 40 feet; thence deflecting right in a westerly direction along the South line of Fifth Street for a distance of 132 feet; thence deflecting left in a southerly direction 132 feet from and parallel to the West line of Market Street for a distancti of 280 feet; thence deflecting left in an easterly direction along the North line of Fourth Street for a distance of 132 feet; thence deflecting right in a southerly direction along an extension of the West line of Market Street for a distance of 40 feet; thence deflecting left in an easterly direction 40 feet from and parallel to the North line of Fourth Street for a distance of 80 feet; thence deflecting left in a northerly direction along an extension of the East line of Market Street for a distance of 40 feet to the point of beginning, all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 3. The following street in the district shall be improved by paving and other incidental work in connection therewith: Market Street from Fourth Street to Fifth Street.
