WERNER, being first duly sworn on his oath, de- <br /> <br />poses and says: <br /> <br />1. That he resides at 1021 West Division Street, Grand <br /> <br />Islandr Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />2. That he is the surv1v1ng spouse of Leila E. Werner <br /> <br />who died March 5, 1988, a resident at the above address. <br /> <br />3. No proceedings for administration of said decedent t s <br /> <br />estate has been commenced and none is contemplated. That all <br /> <br />debts of the decedent, including expenses of her last illness <br /> <br />and burial have been satisfied or paid. <br /> <br />4. That the only property in which the decedent had an <br /> <br />interest at the time of her death, with one exception herein- <br /> <br />after described, was property owned by the decedent in joint <br /> <br />tenancy with her husband, this Affiant. The only exception to <br /> <br />this was one corporate bond of a maturity value of $1,000.00, <br /> <br />bearing 11 percent interest, issued by Internorth <br /> <br />and maturing on the 1st day of March , 19~. Such <br /> <br />bond had a fair market value as of March 5, 1988, of $1,000.00 <br /> <br />and passed to this Affiant as property exempt to a surviving <br /> <br />spouse. <br /> <br />5. No gifts or other transfers were made by the Decedent <br /> <br />within three years of her death without adequate and full <br /> <br />consideration. <br /> <br />6. The jointly owned real estate referred to above com- <br /> <br />prised the following: <br /> <br />A. Th~ Northerly 83 feet nine inches of <br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Twenty- <br />five (125), Koenig & Wiebe's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br /> <br />B. The West Half of the Northeast Quarter <br />(W~NE~) of section Four (4), Township <br />Sixteen (16) North, Range Eleven (11), <br />West of the 6th P.M., in Howard County, <br />Nebraska; <br /> <br />C. The East Half (E~) of Section Twenty <br />(20), Township Seventeen (17) North, <br />Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Greeley County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />D. The East Half (E~) of Section Twenty- <br />nine (29), Township Seventeen (17) <br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the <br />6th P.M., in Greeley County, Nebraska1 <br /> <br />E. The West Half (W~) and the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE~), all in Section Twenty- <br />eight (28), Township Seventeen (17) <br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the <br />6th P.M.. in Greeley County, Nebraska1 <br />
