<br />88- 104223 <br /> <br />to foreclose a certain real estate Mortgage on the following- <br /> <br />","-:: <br /> <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) in <br />Ravenoaks Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, also known as <br />Lot Ten (10) of Island Acres, A Subdivision <br />of part of the West Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (w~SWi) of Section Eight (8), Town- <br />ship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br /> <br />given by the Defendants Lawrence K. Hankinson and Jeanenne E. <br /> <br />Hankinson on the 13th day of September, 1977, to Grand Island <br /> <br /> <br />Trust Company of Grand Island, and that said Mortgage was duly <br /> <br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of September, 1977, as Document <br /> <br />No. 77-005321 and has SLnce been assigned to the Plaintiff by <br /> <br /> <br />Assignment of Mortgage dated October 5, 1981, and filed of record <br /> <br />in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document <br /> <br />No. 81-005105 on October 6, 1981. <br /> <br />Plaintiff claims there 1S now due six Thousand Two Hundred <br /> <br />Ninety-Eight and 28/100 Dollars ($6,298.28) in principal, plus <br /> <br />accumulated interest and recoverable costs pursuant to 11 u.s.c. <br /> <br />S 506(b) on said Mortgage Note and the Mortgage that was given to <br /> <br />secure it, and it prays for the sale of the real estate above <br /> <br />described to satisfy the amount found due on the Mortgage, <br /> <br />together with interest, costs and expenses of suit and to fore- <br /> <br />close the said Defendants from all right, title, interest, lien, <br /> <br />claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to said <br /> <br />-2- <br />
