Martin, <br /> <br />District Judge, presiding. The Plaintiff was represented <br /> <br />by its attorney, Sam Grimminger. Defendants were present <br /> <br />in Court in person and represented by their attorney, <br /> <br />Thomas A. Wagoner. <br /> <br />The case was tried upon the Petition of the Plaintiff, <br /> <br />the Answer and Cross-Petition of the Defendants and the <br /> <br />Reply of the Plaintiff. The Plaintiff submitted evidence <br /> <br />and rested. The Defendants commenced with production of <br /> <br />evidence until the Court recessed for the day. <br /> <br />The Court reconvened on August 18, 1982, all parties <br /> <br />being present, whereupon the Defendants concluded their <br /> <br />presentation of evidence and rested.
