<br />Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom six (6) certain tracts
<br />of land descr ibed as follows: Tract recorded in Book 1 35, Page
<br />571 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />tract of land deeded to Mobile Oil Corporation set forth in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 161, Page 440 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; tract of land deeded by Survi-
<br />vorship Quitclaim Deed to Walter H. Luers and Prue R. Luers as
<br />set forth in Deed recorded in Book 168, Page 439 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; tract of land
<br />deeded by Warranty Deed to Larry N. Fogleman and Betty J. Fogleman
<br />recorded in Document (/84-005836 (which Warranty Deed to Larry
<br />N. Fogleman and Betty J. Fogleman is corrected by a Corrective
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document (/85-001420) in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County; and tract of land deeded
<br />by Warranty Deed to Hall County recorded in Document (/85-000164
<br />in the Off ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, and a
<br />tract of land comprising part of Lots Two (2) and Three (3),
<br />and part of the Northeast Quarter of theSouthwest Quarter (NEtSWt)
<br />all situated in the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~Swt)

<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly de-

<br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said E~Swt, said point
<br />being One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Seven and Eighty-Five
<br />Hundredths (1,847.85) feet south of the northwest corner of said

<br />running northwesterly, a distance of Six Hundred Ninety and Two
<br />Hundredths (690.02) feet; thence deflecting left 84 degrees 37'47"
<br />and running northwesterly, a distance of Fifty Four and Three
<br />Hundredths (54.03) feet; thence deflecting left 24 degrees 47'29"
<br />and running southwesterly, a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred
<br />Sixty and Twenty-Two Hundredths (1,460.22) feet to the place
<br />of beginning, together with any accretion ground thereto which
<br />was conveyed by Five Points Bank, a Banking Corporation, a corpor-
<br />ation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, on December 17, 1987 by Corporation
<br />Warranty Deed to Dwight H. Bond and Dennis R. Bond, a copy of
<br />which deed is attached hereto and identified as Exhibit "B".
<br />The original Corporation Warranty Deed is held in escrow by
<br />Escrow Agent, Da-ly Realty and Insurance, Inc., 2514 South Locust
<br />Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 and will be recorded with the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on or after March
<br />1, 1991 when the final annual payment for the tract sha 11 have
<br />been paid, and all tha.t portion of t.he Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SWtNEtl and the Southeast Quarter of the North-
<br />west Quarter (SEtNWt I in Section Thirty-Six (36 I, Townshi p Ten
