<br />Deed recorded in Book 161, Page 440 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; tract of land deeded by Survi-
<br />vorship Quitclaim Deed to Walter H. Luers and Prue R. Luers as
<br />set forth in Deed recorded in Book 168, Page 439 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; tract of land
<br />deeded by Warranty Deed to Larry N. Fogleman and Betty J. Fogleman

<br />and running southwesterly, a distance of One Thousand Four Hundred
<br />Sixty and Twenty-Two Hundredths (1,460.22) feet to the place
<br />of beginning, together with any accretion ground thereto which
<br />was conveyed by Five Points Bank, a Banking Corporation, a corpor-
<br />ation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, on December 17, 1987 by Corporation
<br />Warranty Deed to Dwight H. Bond and Dennis R. Bond, a copy of
<br />which deed is attached hereto and identified as Exhibit "B".
<br />The original Corporation Warranty Deed is held in escrow by
<br />Escrow Agent, Da-ly Realty and Insurance, Inc., 2514 South Locust
<br />Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 and will be recorded with the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on or after March
<br />1, 1991 when the final annual payment for the tract sha 11 have
<br />been paid, and all tha.t portion of t.he Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (SWtNEtl and the Southeast Quarter of the North-
