Badami, Trustee, in accordance with the procedure set forth in a <br />certain Deed of Trust and promissory note dated May 9, 1985 wherein LARRY <br />LEE COATS AND WANDA MARLENE COATS, are designated as Trustors-Borrowers, <br />JOSEPH H. BADAMI is designated as Trustee, and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States Corporation, is designated as <br />Beneficiary-Lender. Said Deed of Trust was filed for record in the Register <br />of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 10, 1985, in Document No. <br />85-002267. Said Deed of Trust grants to Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, the <br />power and sale over the following described property: <br /> <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Eighty-four (84), in Wheeler <br />and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />Further Joseph H. Badami, Trustee, states that the said <br />Trustors-Borrowers have breached an obligation of said Deed of Trust and <br />accompany promissory note by failing to pay the monthly installments of <br />principal and interest of $295.00 for the months of April, May, June and <br />July, 1988, as agreed upon in said promissory note. As a result of this <br />breach, said Trustee, Joseph H.
