Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $72,900.00 and a financing Statement or mortgage covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said note (bond).
