Stadinq, Attorney-at-Law, as Trustee for the benefit of The Overland National Bank of Grand Island, therein referred to as Beneficiary; WHEREAS, said Trustee has received written request by such Beneficiary to reconvey the trust property from the Beneficiary; NOW, THEREFORE, Donald R.
