<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the
<br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated June 6, 1985, and filed
<br />for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Document Number 85-002702 on June 6, 1985,
<br />wherein Wilburn F. Burton and Gladys E. Burton, husband and wife,
<br />were identified as Trustors;
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of
<br />the obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such
<br />Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in
<br />Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place
<br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at
<br />such public auction.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed 0 f Trus t dated June 6, 1985 , filed for record with the
<br />Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 85-002702, herein
<br />called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
<br />Thirtv-Five ThousAnq and ~n/l00 ---____________________ Dollars
<br />($35,O~O.OO ) as cred1t aga1nst the indebtedness secured by such
<br />Deed 0 Trust received from Grantee as assignee of the beneficial
<br />interest in such Deed of Trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Home Federal Savings and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, herein called the Grantee, the
<br />fOllowing-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3) Holcomb's Highway Homes, a
<br />subdivision of part of the Northeast Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (NE1NE1) and a part of Lot
<br />Four (4), Mainland all in Section Twenty-Eight
<br />(28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the buildings, improvements, hereditaments and appurte-
<br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />successors and assigns forever.
