<br />THE DEED OF CONVEYANCE, made and entered into on this ;l j "J,
<br />day of July, 1988, by and between GLADYS E. BURTON by her cons~rvator
<br />Hazel Sheets, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, and MARILYN B.
<br />HUTCHINSON, hereinafter referred to as Grantee.

<br />WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00,
<br />cash in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
<br />Grantor does hereby bargain, sell, alien, grant and convey unto the
<br />Grantee, as hereinafter provided, the following described real property:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3) Holcomb's Highway Homes, a Subdivision
<br />of part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE 1/4 NE 1/4) and a part of Lot Four (4), Mainland
<br />all in Section Twenty-Eight (28), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />Oounty, Ne~raska,
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above property, together with all
<br />buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways,
<br />easements, rights, privileges and appurtenances located thereon or in
<br />any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions
<br />and the remainders thereof, including all such personal property that
<br />is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, all of
<br />which, including replacements and additions thereto, as is, to MARILYN
<br />B. HUTCHINSON, her heirs or assigns forever, with quitclaim of all
<br />title thereto now in the Grantor hereby conveyed to the Grantee.
<br />
<br />This conveyance is made subject to all existing easements and
<br />restrictions of record.
<br />
<br />The Grantee shall receive possession of the above described real
<br />property on the date hereof, following execution of this deed.
