<br />KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, wherein Associates National Mortgage Corpora-
<br />tion, is Plaintiff, and Gary W. Hobgood and Madeline E. Hogbood
<br />are Defendants, Associates National Mortgage Corporation did on
<br />February 22, 1988, obtain a decree of foreclosure finding that
<br />there is due the sum of $52,822.11, with interest thereon, and
<br />its costs of suit and advances, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, it was then and there further ordered in said
<br />decree that in default of the payment of the sums so found due
<br />that the Master Commissioner duly appointed therein should cause
<br />the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised
<br />and sold according to law to pay the same, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Master
<br />Commissioner, under and by virtue of the said decree and order of
<br />sale to him duly directed, did on May 9, 1988, at the Hall County
<br />Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br />said sale by publication once per week for four consecutive weeks
<br />in a newspaper printed and in general circulation in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, sell said premises at public a,uction to Associates
<br />National Mortgage Corporation, for the sum of $28,981.34, which
<br />sale was afterward on June 2, 1988, examined and confirmed and
<br />said Master Commissioner ordered to convey said premises in fee
<br />simple title to the purchaser, to wit: Associates National
<br />Mortgage Corporation.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, William A. Francis, Master Commissioner
<br />duly appointed in the above referenced action, in consideration
<br />of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law
<br />and the decree of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />due hereby give, grant, and convey to Associates National Mort-
<br />gage Corporation, the premises so sold, to wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Sixteen (16), and the Easterly Eight (8)
<br />feet of Lot Fifteen (15), in Block One (1),
<br />in Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebra!;ka STATEMENT ATTACHED
