<br />88- 10389S <br /> <br />NOTICE OF SUIT <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that on the -Ll... day of July, <br />1988, Associates National Mortgage Corporation, as Plaintiff, <br />filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebras- <br />ka, against Douglas D. Axford, Cleo Etha C. Axford, and Charles <br />E. Baasch, Five Points Bank and the United States of America, as <br />Defendants, the object and prayer of said Petition being to fore- <br />close a real estate mortgage held by Plaintiff on the following <br />described property, to wit: <br />Lot Thirteen (13), in Block Two (2), ofAxt <br />and Hagge's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> <br /> <br />which mortgage was given by the said Douglas D. Axford, Cleo Etha <br />c. Axford, Charles E. Baasch and Janice K. Baasch in favor of <br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association on February 15, <br />1983, and subsequently assigned to Plaintiff on October 26, 1984. <br />Said Mortgage was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 15, 1983, as Document No. <br />83-000727, and the assignment thereof was recorded in said office <br />on February 8, 1985, as Document No. 85-000641 of the Mortgage <br />Records.
