<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by D}~IEL P. BAKER, unmarried, to AREND R. BAACK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated February 1, 1985, and recorded February 1, 1985,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 85-000534, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises;
<br />
<br />Lot Thirty-Nine (39) in Island Acres No.7, a
<br />Subdivision of Part of Fractional Section
<br />Seven (7), All in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth (6th)
<br />principal Meridian, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises, it being the intent
<br />that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of
<br />Trust and that the rest of the land described remain as
<br />heretofore.
