<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED UNDER ORDER OF SALE
<br />
<br />WU:REAS, by decree of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />entered on the 5th day of June, 1987, in a cause pending in said Court
<br />wherein Frieda M. Dehart, John D, Dehart, and Linda Dehart, Plaintiffs,
<br />and Casey A, Fry and Dianna C. Fry, Husband and Wife, Federal Land Bank
<br />of Omaha, Glen R. Jones and County of Hall, State of Nebraska, Defen-
<br />dants. Appearance Docket 91, Page 260, the undersigned, the Master
<br />Commissioner, was commanded to sell the real estate hereinafter de-
<br />scribed at public sale in the event redemption was not made as provided
<br />by said decree; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, no redemption having been made the undersigned proceeded
<br />to sell the real estate hereinafter described at public sale to the
<br />grantee hereinafter named; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said sale was confirmed by Order of Court on the;2t1~
<br />day of~, 1988; and the undersigned ordered and directe
<br />to conv~estate hereinafter described to the purchaser.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of Thirty-four Thou-
<br />sand Five Hundred Fifty-nine Dollars ($34,559.00) bid and paid by the
<br />grantee, the undersigned does hereby grant, sell and convey to the said
<br />Frieda M. Dehart, John D. Dehart, and Linda Dehart, their successors
<br />and assigns forever, the premises as aforesaid sale, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Lot Three (3) in Block Three (3). Original
<br />Town in the Village of Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />and the buildings, improvements, fixtures, hereditaments and appurten-
<br />ance thereto.
<br />
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said grantees, their
<br />successors and assigns forever.
