Moore and Dorothy K. Moore, his wife, and Doyle Winfrey <br />and Violet B. Winfrey, his wife, GPANTOR, in consideration of <br />TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/IOO DOLLARS ($26,500.00) <br />received from GRANTEE, James Wiltgen, conveys to GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
