<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />
<br />~reREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by MID-CONTINENT ENTERPRISES, INC. and BISH, INC.
<br />to AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated June 9, 1988, and' recorded
<br />June 13, 1988, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 88-103038, has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in
<br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as
<br />to such premises:

<br />Lot Thirty-Two (32) Bison Meadows Subdivision
<br />One, in the village of Doniphan, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and
<br />appurtenances belonging to such premises, it being the intent
<br />that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of
<br />Trust and that the rest of the land described remain as
<br />heretofore.
