<br />YDIFICATION & EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />
<br />GARY A. FI'ICH, whether one or roore, herein called the Trustor, and
<br />Arend Baack, Attorney at Law, hereinafter referred to as Trustee, and the
<br />OVerland National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, hereinafter
<br />referred to as Beneficiary, hereby agree as follows:
<br />
<br />1. Trustor bas executed and delivered to Trustee a Deed of Trust dated
<br />June 2, 1987, and recorded on June 18, 1987 as Docunent No. 87-103621 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a
<br />certain Deed of Tn1st note for $26,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of
<br />tbe Trustor, and pasmef'~ of the ranainder of the principal and accrued
<br />interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforenEntioned
<br />Deed of Trust, IIIXlified and payuble in the following manner:

<br />balance of $26,000.00 now ranains unpaid, will be due on
<br />SeptattJer 30, 1988, at \\ihich t:lme the remaining unpaid principal
<br />balance and accrued interest will be fully due and payable.

<br />Interest will accrue frun July 8, 1988 at Overland National Bank
<br />Reference Rate as established from time to time, with the initial
<br />rate being 12.00% per annUlI effective July 8, 1988. There is a
<br />ceiling of 15.75%.
<br />
<br />2. All other terms and 0Ondition~ ~ntained in the original Deed of Trust
<br />dated June 2, 1987, sha.ll remain the Sl1IlIl:!, and this Modification Agreenent is
<br />lTlUie a part of the original Deed of Trust by reference and shall inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and thei.r heirfl.
