<br />SUPPLEMENTAL MORTGAGE <br /> <br />88--'103758 <br /> <br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAl MORTGAGE (the "Hortgage") is made this 1st day of <br />Augu.t, 1988. between the Mortgagor, 'ntomas E. Clark and Stephanie S. Clark, <br />husband and wife (herein "Borrower"), and the Mortgagee, General Electric <br />Mortgage Securities Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under <br />the laws of Delaware, whoae address is 6601 Six Forks Road. Raleigh, North <br />Carolina 27615 (herein "Lender"). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower Is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of U.S. <br />$12,225.57, which indebtedness is evidenced by Borrower's note dated August I, <br />1988 and all extensions, renewals. modifications, substitutions. increases or <br />restate.ents thereof (herein "Note"), providing for principal and interest, <br />due and payable on August 1, 1993; <br /> <br />TO S~CURE to Lender the repayaent of the indebtedness evidenced by the <br />Note, with interest thereon; the payment of .11 other sums, with interest <br />thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to protect the security of this <br />Mortgage; and the perforaance of the covenants and agreeaents of Borrower <br />herein contained.
