QUITCLAIM DEED 88- 103716 1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Council on May 23, 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7450 which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. 2. Ordinance No. 7450 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper pUblished in and of general circulation in such City on May 30, 1988, and immediately thereafter notice of such sale and the terms thereof were pub- lished in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three conse- cutive weeks, on June 1, June 8, and June 15, 1988, all as required by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943. 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; within thirty days of the passage and publication of such Ordinance No. 7450. 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7450 provides that if no remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to the Grantee a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution of such quitclaim deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf fo the City Council, and the City shall not furnish title insurance. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of Three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-four Dollars and Twenty-three Cents ($3,554.23) received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto GRAND ISLAND HEALTH CARE, INC., a Nebraska corporation, herein called the Grantee, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: A part of Lot Four (4), Webb Road Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot Four (4); thence southerly along the easterly line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of three hundred twenty-five and seventy-four hundredths (325.74) feet~ thence deflecting left 21 degrees 16' 30" and running southeasterly along said lot line a distance of one hundred eighty-eight and ninety-eight hundredths (188.98) feet to the southeast corner of said Lot Four (4); thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot Four (4) a distance of one hundred forty-three and forty-eight hundredths (143.48) feet: thence deflecting right 88 degrees 45' 05" and running northerly a distance of five hundred and twenty-six hundredths
