Pauley, Jr., and Thomas B. Swedlund, hereinafter referred to as "Assignee". WHEREAS, Corrigan is the predecessor in title, as owner, of a certain Lease dated November 7, 1968, and recorded January 28, 1969, in the records of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in Book 18 of Miscellaneous, page 362, hereinafter called "Lease", covering the fOllowing-described property in Hall County, State of Nebraska, to-wit~ A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Four (4), in Island, in Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.~1., Hall County, NebraSka, containing 10,047 square feet, more or less, and particularly described as follows: .. A tract Fifty (50) feet in width and approxtmately Two Hundred One (201) feet in length adjacent to and adjoining the southerly and southeasterly boundary line of the tract now owned by Continental Oil company, described more fully in a deed filed for record in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 149, of Deeds, Page 69, said real estate being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot One (1), Krug Subdivision, in Hall County, Nebraska, thence southerly along the west line of said Lot One (1) a distance of Fifty feet (50')i thence easterly on a line parallel to the north boundary lines of said Lot One (1) to a point on the east boundary line of said Lot One (1) Fifty feet (50') southeast of the northwest corner of Lot One (l)i thence north along the east boundary line of said Lot One (1) a distance of Fifty feet (50') to the northeast corner of Lot One (1); thence westerly One Hundred Eighty One and Five Hundredths Feet (181.05') along the north boundary line of said Lot One (1) to the point of beginning, all within Lot One (1) in Krug Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
