Corrigan, formerly doing business as <br />Van-Cor Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as "Corrigan" and <br />W. G. Pauley, ~r., and Thomas B. ReEe~f and real estate which was previously bei g , <br />leased by Corrigan as lessee by assignment under a Ground Lease <br />dated June 7, 1973, by Laurance Krug and Naomi Krug to Wallace L. <br />Mitchell, Kenneth W. Koll and Charles H. Gorham, which is recorded <br />in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, in <br />Book 14, Page 127, and pertains to certain real estate situated <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, now known as Lot One (1), in Krug <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, which real estate has been <br />subsequently purchased and which ownership now lies with Corrigan, <br />WHEREAS, Assignee has purchased and Corrigan desires to <br />assign and convey any and all of his interest in the Joint Sewage <br />Plant Agreement and EaS6nent to Assignee under the following <br />terms and conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and <br />the covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Corrigan hereby assigns all of his right, title and <br />interest in said Sewage Plant Agreement to Assignee, their <br />heirs, successors and assigns. <br />2. Assignee hereby assumes all responsibilities and duties <br />of Corrigan, as set forth in said Sewage Plant Agreement; and <br />Assignee agrees to indemnify and hold Corrigan harmless from <br /> <br />
