ReEe~f and real estate which was previously bei g , leased by Corrigan as lessee by assignment under a Ground Lease dated June 7, 1973, by Laurance Krug and Naomi Krug to Wallace L. Mitchell, Kenneth W. Koll and Charles H. Gorham, which is recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 14, Page 127, and pertains to certain real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, now known as Lot One (1), in Krug Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, which real estate has been subsequently purchased and which ownership now lies with Corrigan, WHEREAS, Assignee has purchased and Corrigan desires to assign and convey any and all of his interest in the Joint Sewage Plant Agreement and EaS6nent to Assignee under the following terms and conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and the covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows: 1. Corrigan hereby assigns all of his right, title and interest in said Sewage Plant Agreement to Assignee, their heirs, successors and assigns. 2. Assignee hereby assumes all responsibilities and duties of Corrigan, as set forth in said Sewage Plant Agreement; and Assignee agrees to indemnify and hold Corrigan harmless from
