<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF LINCOLN, a United States Corporation, of the County of Lancaster, State of
<br />Nebraska, in consideration of the payment of the sum of One and No/100 Dollar
<br />($1.00), and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknow-
<br />ledged, does hereby sell and convey unto LA VERN R. LUHN AND ESTHER C. LUHN,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants
<br />in common, the following described premises:

<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging, free and clear of all
