FADER and CANDACE FADER, husband and wife, each in <br />his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called <br />the . Granto't's, in consideration of Seventy-Four Thousand Five <br />HUl'lClred and No/IOO Dollars ($74,500.00) received from Grantees, <br />do .grarit, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto JAMES G. <br />FAIRFIELD and DAYNA A. FAIRF1ELD, husband and. wife, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following-described real estate <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Fourteen (14), Block Two (2), in Southern <br />Acres Addition in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />As a part of the consideration for the conveyance, Grantees <br />assume-and agree to pay the Mortgage Debt recorded at Document <br />No. 86-103380 and assigned as Document No. 88-100431 in the <br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and also hereby <br />assume the obligations of Gary D.
