ZACHRY, being first duly sworn on his oath, <br />deposes and says: <br /> <br />1. He is a resident at 1306 North Sheridan Place, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />2. His wife, Alice D. Zachry, died on April 3, 1988, and <br />at the time of her death she too was a resident at the above <br />address. <br /> <br />3. No proceedings for the probate of the Will of the <br />decedent nor administration of her estate has been commenced <br />and none is contemplated. That the only assets in which the <br />decedent had an interest at the time of her death were assets <br />owned by her with this Affiant in joint tenancy. Such joint <br />tenancy assets include the following described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot One (1), Imperial Village Third Sub- <br />division, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />4. All assets in which the decedent had an interest <br />passed, by joint tenancy, tO,her surviving husband, this Affiant, <br />and thus there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax due or owing in <br />her estate. <br /> <br />5. The total value of all assets in which the decedent <br />had any interest did not approach nor exceed $600,000 and no <br />Federal Estate Tax Return is required and there is no Federal <br />Estate Tax nor Nebraska Estate Tax owing in her estate. <br /> <br />DATED this 27th day of June, 1988. <br /> <br />dJt--,~L~ <br />VALVIN E.
