Sims, dated November <br />9, 1981 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska on November 10, 1981 as Document No. 81- <br />005671 of the mortgage records of said county, the beneficiary of <br />which Trust Deed was Five points Bank, which Trust Deed was <br />assigned by the said Five Points Bank to Nebraska Investment <br />Finance Authority f/k/a Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, said <br />assignment dated November 9, 1981 and recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 10, <br />1981 as Document No. 81-005672 of the mortgage records of said <br />county, does hereby notify the above-named persons of a default <br />in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the <br />following-described real estate, situated in the County of Hall <br />and state of Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS FOUR ( 4 ) AND FIVE (5) IN BLOCK ONE ( 1) IN ROUSH <br />SUBDIVISION A RE-SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 543 FEET OF <br />LOTS ONE (1) THRU FIFTEEN (15) INCLUSIVE OF MATTHEWS <br />SUBDIVISION OF PART OF NWl/4 OF SECTION 27 IN TOWNSHIP <br />11 NORTH RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA; <br /> <br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property <br />was conveyed as security has occurred and that the grantors of <br />said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments <br />on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became <br />due on the 1st day of January, 1988 and thereafter, and that <br />there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum of <br />NINETEEN 'rHOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY ONE DOLLARS FORTY CENTS <br />($19,441.40) together with interest thereon from the 1st day of <br />December, 1987 at the rate of 12.375% per annum together with <br />accruing taxes and advancements. <br />
