Sims, dated November 9, 1981 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 10, 1981 as Document No. 81- 005671 of the mortgage records of said county, the beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Five points Bank, which Trust Deed was assigned by the said Five Points Bank to Nebraska Investment Finance Authority f/k/a Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, said assignment dated November 9, 1981 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 10, 1981 as Document No. 81-005672 of the mortgage records of said county, does hereby notify the above-named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following-described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and state of Nebraska, to-wit: LOTS FOUR ( 4 ) AND FIVE (5) IN BLOCK ONE ( 1) IN ROUSH SUBDIVISION A RE-SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTH 543 FEET OF LOTS ONE (1) THRU FIFTEEN (15) INCLUSIVE OF MATTHEWS SUBDIVISION OF PART OF NWl/4 OF SECTION 27 IN TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred and that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on the 1st day of January, 1988 and thereafter, and that there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum of NINETEEN 'rHOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY ONE DOLLARS FORTY CENTS ($19,441.40) together with interest thereon from the 1st day of December, 1987 at the rate of 12.375% per annum together with accruing taxes and advancements.
