<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its
<br />City Council on March 141 1988, enacted Ordinance No. 7441 which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and
<br />the manner and terms thereof.
<br />
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7441 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent accordi.ng to law, and notice of such sale and
<br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive
<br />weeks, on March 22, March 29, and April 5, 1988, all as required
<br />by Section 16-202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.

<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the
<br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance
<br />No. 7441.
<br />
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7441 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance is filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to ARNOLD C. WENN and
<br />LIliDA C. WENN, husband and wife, a deed for said real estate, and
<br />the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further
<br />action on behalf of the City Council, and the City and the
<br />Grantees shall each pay one~half of the cost of a title insurance
<br />policy.

<br />5. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00)
<br />received from the Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto
<br />
<br />ARNOLD C. WENN and LINDA C. WENN,
<br />
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />the followi.ng described real estate:
<br />
<br />Lot Thirty (30), Regency by the Green Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises, together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto
