<br />GRANTORS, convey and release to RICHARD WIESE and JOAN WIESE,

<br />husband and wife, as equal tenants in common, GRANTEES, the
<br />
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
<br />
<br />76-201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />
<br />All of Decedent1s interest in the
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SE!SW!) of Section Fourteen (14), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />All of Decedent's interest in the Westerly
<br />One-Third (WI!3) of Lot Four (4) and of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NWINWI), all in Section Twenty-Four (24),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record, and subject to rights of refusal granted pursuant to
<br />Article VII of the Last will and Testament of Decedent dated
<br />February 25, 1987.
<br />
<br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons
<br />entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS have legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
<br />
