SCHRICKER, wife and husband, as equal tenants 1n common, GRANTEES, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: All of Decedent's interest in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NWISW1) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record, and subject to rights of refusal granted pursuant to Article VII of the Last Will and Testament of Decedent dated February 25, 1987. GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to distribution of the real estate from said estate.
