The Deed of Trust was given to <br />Occidental/Nebraska Federa'lSavingsBank, as beneficiary, by <br />Larry E. Sanders and Linda 'K. Sanders ("Sanders"), husband <br />and wife, on the 28th day of April, 1986, as security for a <br />Mortgage Note (the "Note") executed on April 28, 1986. The <br />Mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on April 28, 1986, <br />and duly recorded as Document No. 86-102037 of the Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. On June 6, 1986, the Deed of Trust <br />was assigned to Goldome Realty Credit Corporation and this <br />Assignment of Mortgage (.Assignment.) was duly recorded on <br />February 4, 1987 as Document No. 87-100631 of the Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due and owing under <br />the Rote and Deed of Trust the principal sum of $47,355.51. <br />mortgage arrearages of '9,875.40 since May 31, 1988, together <br />with late charges of $375.25 as of that date, and late <br />charges of $19.75 per month thereafter. <br />Plaintiff prays for the sale of the Real Estate to <br />satisfy the amount found due under the Note and the Deed of <br />Trust and interest and costs. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
