<br />WHEREAS, Wades are the owners of certain real property
<br />described as follows, hereinafter referred to as Tract I:

<br />Lot One (1), Block Three (3), Elm Place
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, according to the recorded
<br />plat thereof, and its complement described as
<br />follows: A triangular piece of qround in the
<br />Southwest corner of said Lot Twelve (12), in
<br />the County Subdivision of the Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SEiSWl) of
<br />Section Sixteen (l6), in Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows~
<br />to-wit: Commencing ,at the iron pin in the
<br />Southwest corner of said Lot Twelve (l2);
<br />thence running North along the West side of
<br />the said Lot, 16.7 feet; thence South on a
<br />line parallel with the West line of Block
<br />Three (3), in Elm Place Addition to the City

<br />(ll), Twelve (12) and Fourteen (14), County
<br />Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SEiSNI) of Section Sixteen
<br />(16), Township Eleven (11), Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />a.s said addition and Subdivision are
<br />8,urveyed, platted and recorded, said two
