<br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall county, Nebraska, wherein Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority, a Corporation, is plaintiff, and
<br />Duane R. Lantzer, MaryBeth S. Lantzer, and Marilyn L. Lantzer are
<br />defendants. 'rhe object and prayer of which is to obtain an
<br />accounting from said defendants of the amount due plaintiff on a
<br />mortgage dated August 30, 1985, filed in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska at Instrument No. 85-
<br />004236 on september 3, 1985, said Mortgage being assigned to the
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority on August 30, 1985, said
<br />assignment being filed on September 17, 1985 as Instrument No.
<br />85-004523 of the Mortgage Records of the Register. of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; wherein Duane R. Lantzer and KaryBeth s.
<br />Lantzer mortgaged and conveyed to Norwest Bank omaha, N.A., n/k/a
<br />Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., the following described real estate
<br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block
<br />Three (3), in Ashton Place, an Addition to
<br />the city of Grand Island, Hall county,
<br />Nebraska, and its complement, to-wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional
<br />Block Eight (8), in Woodbine Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of said Mortgage and to have the BUle
<br />declared a lien upon the interest of Duane R. Lantzer and
<br />IlaryBeth S. Lantzer in said real estate and the appurtenances
<br />thereto; and to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to
<br />satiSfy the amount 80 found due, together with the cost of suit,
<br />and to foreclose the 8aid defendants of all rights, title,
<br />interest, lien, claim, demand and equity, and redemption of
<br />whatever in and to said real estate and appurtenances thereto~
<br />together with 8uch other and further relief as the Court may de..
<br />just and equitable.
