Lantzer and KaryBeth s. <br />Lantzer mortgaged and conveyed to Norwest Bank omaha, N.A., n/k/a <br />Norwest Bank Nebraska, N.A., the following described real estate <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> <br />Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional Block <br />Three (3), in Ashton Place, an Addition to <br />the city of Grand Island, Hall county, <br />Nebraska, and its complement, to-wit: <br />Fractional Lot Eight (8), in Fractional <br />Block Eight (8), in Woodbine Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said Mortgage and to have the BUle <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Duane R.
