Affiant further states that on May 18, 1988, he completed a survey of <br /> <br />"R & R Subdivision" in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. a plat thereof <br /> <br />being on record at the Register of Deeds Office in the Hall County Court <br /> <br />House. <br /> <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re-examined the plat of said <br /> <br />" R & R Subdivision" as recorded at the Register of Deeds Office Hall County. <br /> <br />Nebraska and has fOlD1d error sin the la st and next to last lines of the <br /> <br />legal description pertaining to the distance and the acreage. <br /> <br />4.
