DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY 88-103080 I, Roberta A. Ortwein, a/k/a Roberta Ortwein, do hereby appoint my husband, Richard M. Ortwein, as my attorney-in-fact (herein referred to as "my agent"). I revoke any previous Powers of Attorney given by me. Grant of ~uthority I give my agent full power and authority to act for me and in my name in handling my financial and personal affairs which will be necessary to purchase a residence in Grand Island, Nebraska. Specifically, my agent is authorized and empowered to sell, mortgage, option, lease, improve and manage any real estate which I may own; and to challenge any real estate tax assessment. 1.1 My agent is hereby authorized to purchase any real estate and sign any closing documents necessary for such transaction.
