Marshall III, President and representative of Five points Bank of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraoka, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated December 30, 1985 executed by Lee Meents and Lark Meents, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall county, Nebraska as Documents No. 86-100268, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by such Deed of Trust has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Trustee to reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto~ NOW, THEREt'ORE, in accocdance with such r~quest and the provisions of such Deed of Truat and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, wi thout warranty, to the person or ~ersons entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described real property: East Thirty Four (34) Feet of Lot Nine (9) and West Twenty Seven (27) Feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), Blain addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand Island, Nebraska, on June 8, 1988.
