DEED OF RECONVEYANCE 88- 103075 WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee under the Trust Deed dated July 15, 1986, executed by Mildred A. Scheel as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 86-104089; and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska, written request to reconvey reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deed has been satisfied and requesting the undersigned Tr~stee to ,reconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, therefore, in accordance with s~ch request and the provisions of such Trust Deed and the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled ~hereto, the estate now held by said Trustee thereunder in and to the following described real property: Lot Eleven (11), in Block Ten (10), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
