88- 102917' DEED OF RECONVEYANCE . WHEREAS, the undersigned, B. J. CUNNINGHAM, JR. of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, is Trustee under the Trust Deed dated August 29, 1985, executed by TIMOTHY J. MOHANNA and LOUISEM. MOHANNA, hus~and and wife, as Trustors, in which GLENN LaVERNE ROBERTS is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned named as Trustee, which document was first recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 27, 1985 as Document No. 85-004134 and which was subsequently re- executed by the Trustors on August 29, 1985, and recorded as Document No. 85-004178 due to a defective acknowledgment on Che Deed of Trust first recorded as Document No. 85-004134, and WHEREAS, the undersigned has received from the Beneficiary, GLENN LaVERNE ROBERTS, a written request to reconvey, reciting that the obligation secured by such Trust Deeds as above des- cribed has been fully satisfied, and requesting the undersigned to rpconvey the trust property to the person or persons entitled thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds and the provisions of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or ~ersons entitled thereto, the estate now held by the Trustee thereunder in and to the follow- ing described real property: Lot Eight (8) of Harb Subdivision of Block Two (2), Ingalls Turner Sub-Division in the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska. STATE OF NEBRASKA has executed this Deed on June ~, 1988. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, of Reconveyance at Grand 55. COUNTY OF HALL The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on June ~, 1988, by B. J.
