VOSS, husba.nd and wife, each in <br />his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein called <br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar <br />($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, received from <br />Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto WILMA <br />L. VOSS, the following described real estate situated in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br /> <br />Lot Three (3), Commonwealth Business Park SUbdivision, an <br />addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tene~ents, hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs <br />and ascigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance, except easements of record; and that we have good <br />right and lawful authority to sell the same: and we hereby <br />covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises <br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
