<br />MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED <br /> <br />88- 102910 <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That, Whereas, in an action in the District Court of the <br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and <br />for the County of Hall, wherein Home Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, is Plaintiff, and Philip M. Martin <br />and Jeannine M. Martin, Husband and Wife, et al., are Defendants, <br />at the January 1st Term, A.D. 1988, of said Court, Home Federal <br />Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, did obtain a Decree <br />finding that there is due from Philip M. Martin and Jeannine M. <br />Martin to Home Federal Savings and Loan AssociAtion of Grand <br />Island the sum of Forty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Nine <br />Dollars and Eighty Five Cents ($44,789.85) plus costs'of suit and <br />whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action <br />that in default of the payment of the sum so found due by the <br />said Philip M. Martin and Jeannine M. Martin, that the lands and <br />tenements hereinafter described should be advertised and sold <br />according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, default having <br />been made therein, Kevin A. Brostrom was appointed as Master <br />Commissioner on March 30, 1988, to sell the real estate under and <br />by virtue Jf the said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly <br />directed, and he did on the 27 day of April 1988, in the lower <br />lobby of the Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />being Hall County, having first given due and legal notice of the <br />time and place of said sale by publication once in each week for <br />four successive weeks in The Grand Island Daily Independent, a <br />newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of <br />Hall, sell said premises at public auction to RONALD E. CLARK and <br />MARY E. CLARK, husband and wife, as joint tenants, for the sum of <br />Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($47,550.00), <br />which sale was afterward at the January 1st Term of said Court, <br />A.D, 1988, examined and confirmed, and the said Kevin A. <br />Brostrom, as such Master Commissioner, ordered to convey the said <br />premises in fee simple to the said Ronald E. Clark and Mary E. <br />Clark. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Kevin A. Brostrom, Master <br />Commissioner, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and <br />by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of <br />said Court, do hereby Give, Grant, and Convey to the said RONALD <br />E. CLARK and MARY E. CLARK, husband and wife, as joint tenants <br />with right of survivorship, the premises so as aforesaid sold, <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot Eight (8), Amick Acres Third Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said RONALD E. <br />and MARY E.
